Returns or exchanges are not applicable. However, a full refund can be issued only if a box opening video is provided on our official WhatsApp number +91 92891 61438 or email @thefairytreasure@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery and the issue is verified (e.g., wrong, damaged, or missing items).
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible:

A clear box opening video must be shared from the start of unboxing, without any cuts or edits.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it – unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your refund request is accepted:

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve it promptly. Only requests with a valid box opening video shared within 5 days will be considered.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may request a refund and place a new order separately.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
Refund Timeline
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10–12 business days to your original payment method.
Note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
