  • All pre-curated hampers are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • For customized hampers, please allow 9–10 business days for preparation before dispatch.

Delivery Timeline

  • Gurgaon: 2–3 days

  • Delhi NCR: 4–5 days

  • PAN India: 8–9 days

Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to logistical factors or during high-demand seasons.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and hamper weight.

  • For bulk or event-based orders, custom shipping arrangements can be made. Please contact us directly.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the shipment through our delivery partner's website.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate at checkout. We will not be responsible for delays or losses caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice. If the delivery is unsuccessful and the package returns to us, re-delivery will incur additional shipping charges.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 92891 61438 with a box opening video and your order details. We will assist you promptly as per our refund policy.
